we're almost there

the wedding boom boom boom is almost over. then i get a break until my next booked wedding: september 4th. my last wedding i did a wonderful job, and i had my love and support with me there, that helped a lot. it was a joyous day. i can't wait to shoot again! it's my favorite thing to do. and looking at the photos again after shooting, when i get to play with them and edit. it's amazing how you can truly find something you absolutely love. :)

danielle's shower

this was a very fun shower! i barely knew anyone but i felt very welcomed at this shower and it made my day. the games were super fun and the crew was great. very photogenic. cant wait for the wedding! congrats danielle.

yes i bet you are wondering what Lr is... Lighroom my friend, lighroom! adobe once again has come through for me. i was using picasa (blah to me now) but switched to lighroom and it's amazing!!!

ALL THIS TIME i thought it was my photography that was lacking but i gotta tell you, this is what i've come to realize:
photography is 25% photographing, 25% equipment, and 50% editing. seriously, it's gotta be that ratio. gotta have the right equipment, the right eye, the exact moment, but shots that are blurry can be transformed once edited. it's amazing what i've done! let me show you preview.
